Enquiry & booking-request data: name, email, phone, dates, number of guests, chosen property and any message you send via our forms.
Newsletter data: name and email address, if you subscribe.
Technical data: basic information collected automatically by cookies and our hosting provider (for example IP address and browser type). See our Cookies Policy.

3. How we use your data & legal bases

To respond to your enquiries and process booking requests — performance of a contract / steps prior to a contract.
To send you our newsletter, where you have subscribed — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
To operate, secure and improve the website — our legitimate interests.
To comply with legal and accounting obligations — legal obligation.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only with service providers that help us run the website and our bookings, including our booking platform (Lodgify), our form-handling service, and our website host (Netlify). These providers process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the UK/EEA. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time.
